Additionally, recruiters could set up a custom pre-screening question that candidates would receive on WhatsApp before selecting a time slot.Once the interview details were set, the AI Assistant automatically contacted candidates via WhatsApp. Candidates received a message with a multiple-choice pre-screening question and a list of available time slots. Instead of long email exchanges or phone calls, they could simply select their preferred time with a quick response, and the interview was scheduled instantly. The process eliminated unnecessary back-and-forth communication, ensuring a seamless experience for both recruiters and candidates.
