Client’s Challenge:

Sonova, a global leader in audiological care and hearing solutions, operates in over 100 countries with more than 16,000 employees. Large Retail industry is facing challenges in shortlisting qualified Sales Consultants for their extensive network of retail locations. The need was twofold: to implement an accurate shortlisting tool that could identify the best candidates and to utilize a simple yet effective tool for managing retail recruitment across the national territory.
