Client’s Challenge:

Sacchi, the leading distributor of electrical materials in Northern Italy, has been a trusted partner in the electrical industry for over 60 years. With a vast network of over 90 stores and a workforce of 1,400 employees, Sacchi needed to efficiently recruit a diverse range of talent, from young professionals to experienced retail staff, to support their expansive retail operations. The company sought a solution to boost its actual process to streamline their multi-posting capabilities to attract qualified candidates across their different retail locations.

What We Did - The Project:

StepsConnect collaborated with Sacchi to boost their process with AI-driven capabilities tailored to their specific recruitment needs. Our AI shortlisting feature to rapidly and accurately filter through applications, helps identifying candidates who met the precise qualifications and experience levels required for the role. This tool not only improved the quality of shortlists but also significantly reduced the time HR teams spent on initial screenings.

‍Additionally, we implemented a multi-posting feature, allowing Sacchi to effortlessly decide which job post to sponsor and to distribute them across various platforms and regions, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.

Results Achieved:

The integration of StepsConnect’s Suite led to marked improvements in recruitment process, resulting in reduction in time spent on shortlisting, with a notable increase in the accuracy and quality of candidates who advanced to the interview stage.
